Korus are working with a leading technology company in Southern Germany. One of their teams is looking to bring a Systems/Software Engineer, with background and interest in automotive industry. It will be a fantastic opportunity for a Systems/Software Engineer who wants to work at the forefront of technology that will allow for contactless energy transmission.
Main Tasks:
- Creating functional and electrical requirements of the ECU system and its software for an inductive charging system
- Functional System architecture definition incl. functional allocation to hardware & software, interface definition, design of control functions (block diagram level), etc.
- Technical direction and facilitation of an engineering team at a functional system level
- Development and review of technical design studies and analyzes
- Support the functional system test specification creation
- Planning and tracking of functional system development activities to meet milestone objectives
Required Technical Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the design of model based algorithms, preferably electrical applications and its software implementation
- Background and interest in E-Mobility, power electronics (eg inverter control) will be advantageous
- At least 3 years automotive experience projects
- Experience in requirements management - DOORS
- Experience with UML Modeling
- Engineering degree in electrical/control engineering or similar is an advantage
