A leading name in telecoms require a Proof of Concept Manager who has Avaya expertise.

The candidate will be responsible for;
Coordination and planning; Working close together with R&D, Technical and Day2 teams for troubleshooting any product issues; Working close together with Day0, Day1 and solution architects new features, new services; Reporting internal & to customer; Resource scheduling; Solution certification testing and documentation production; Manage tests for major releases, patches, maintenance releases, fixes for any application on the PoC; Support Method of Procedure (MoP) process; Manage tests for new features, new services; Manage customer tasks eg ACL, DHCP Option, Peacy String; Handover day2 for any new features, new services; Coordinate knowledge transfer to day1/day2; Day 1 to Day 2 transition work (ie Service Transition Engineer equivalent); Regular meetings for update day1/day2 should be a part from the NSM meeting; Implementation scheduling and coordination for any changes of the PoC; Maintain the EMEA main Data Centres; Manage the technical documentation flow; Leading software Matrix; Administrative Tasks: Create orders, Get approvals and track, Track orders, Check delivery and coordination, Working with admin tools: SAP, Ariba, Atlas, SoW Tracker, PO Tracker, E-project, Documentation, On boarding AMFK/Remedy/Matrix.

Technical expertise is required: At least 4 years of hands-on technical experience with Avaya Unified Communications products such as: Avaya Communication Manager and Aura (CM, SMGR, SM); Avaya Applications Enablement Services (AES); Avaya SIP Session Boarder Controller (SBC); Avaya One-X applications (OneX-, Mobile, Communicator & Attendant; Avaya Aura Messaging; Avaya Presence; Proficient at MS Visio, Excel, Outlook and Word; Experience in a direct customer-facing role; Technical writing experience.
The candidate will need to be based in Stuttgart, Germany and must speak German and English. 12 Month Contract+
