A global company requires an experienced Test Project Manager with strong experience in Mobile handset protocol testing.
Skill and Experience Details:
Minimum Experience Required: 5-8 YEARS
Mandatory Skills: Mobile handset protocol testing System Testing, Automation Tools and Concepts, Project Management, Test Project Management
Desirable Skills: Python Scripting, 3GPP2, MOBILE HANDSET PLATFORM TESTING, LTE-Long Term Evolution

Job Description
- Executing Test-campaigns on various protocol test systems, eg R& S CRTU-W, CMW-500, Anite SAT/9000, Anritsu , COMPRION, Agilent 8960, etc.
- Candidate need to use existing Automation Test platform & execute the test suites related to chipset modem functionality.
- Execute testing of modem functionality with Primary focus on LTE-Throughput (TCP-UDP-layer)
- Candidate should be able to trouble shoot problems during test-campaign execution.
- Need to analyse traces and log files in order support development in finding the root-cause of defects.
- Reporting test results & adherence to quality process
- Able to do small adaption on existing test-cases/suites
- Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Qualifications:
- Engineers with 3 years of experience in Mobile Modem Protocol conformance testing, hands on experience.
- Deep understanding of 3GPP specifications (3G + 4G Air-interface) 2G as optional
- Knowledge of 3G/LTE - Protocol Conformance Specifications mainly .34.123, 34.121, 36.523, 36.521 Specifications and Test case development.
- Good system-knowledge on how different conditions on the Wireless Modem/Chipset Air-interface influences the behaviour in terms of Device/Modem performance
- Able to analyse complex problems on a & ldquo Device Fader Network-simulator & rdquo test-setup
- Very strong wireless protocol analysis capability & Troubleshoot complex software integration issues.
- Able to work in a dynamic environment & need to show pro-activeness
- Experience with NodeB network-simulators (Anritsu 8430 (RTD) or CMW500 (Call-box, CARDS, MLAPI) preferred
- Experience in SW development (C++, Java, Python) optional
