Support Consultant
Our client, a global consulting and solution enterprise are actively looking for a Support Consultants to join their growing team on 6 month rolling contract. This role will be based in Wolfsburg with a competitive daily rate. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates with exceptional skills in Java or .NET
As a Support Consultant you will be responsible for:
- Working with both the onshore and offshore teams in a supporting environment.
- Monitoring the Java/.NET applications on a daily basis.
- Maintaining the latest ticketing tools as well as monitoring the high priority tickets.
- Resolving any issues, providing a solution for the problem tickets.
- Maintain the known error database.
For this position the successful Support Consultant will possess the following skills:
- Experience within a Supporting role.
- Extensive experience with Java or .NET.
- Experience with one or more of the following technologies; Unix, Oracle, WebSphere, SQL server, ASP.NET
- Fluent German and English speaking.
The successful Support Consultant will have the opportunity to gain experience with a multi-national company within the automotive industry.
