Identify, recommend and implement longer-term solution strategies for visible and latent onshore stakeholders’ challenges and opportunities
Effectively handle relevant internal/external communications/escalations
Strong analytical capabilities and hands on work experience in SFE related activities
Understand healthcare (pharma) industry terminologies
Experience in Pharma – analytics/consulting/KPO required
Incentive Calculation Management and Reporting:
Incentive design and payout calculation
Target setting validation
Data modeling new incentive schemes
Should be able to work seamlessly with the internal stakeholders and client to deliver projects using best practices and well defined methodology
Qualifications
BS (10+2+4), B. Pharm., MS, M. Pharm., B. Tech., or equivalent Life Science degree and/or MBA
If experience is greater than 5 years, then BS (10+2+3) candidates can be considered
Professional certification or working experience in MS Office/VBA, statistical (SAS/SPSS/R), simulation (Monte Carlo, @Risk, etc.), SQL, database knowledge will be an added advantage
In addition, candidates with professional certification in Lean Sigma, PMP
Industry: Pharma (experience is a must)
