Tätigkeit:For one of our clients from the finance sector we are looking for a consultant (m/f) for regulatory matters. The individual should be an expert in outsourcing rules for regulated entities, especially banks (MaRisk AS 9, general outsourcing rules from different countries) and should be used to working with contracts relating to outsourcing rules. In addition, the consultant needs to be process oriented and familiar with the usage of workflow fools and databases. Good knowledge of CRR and general banking / financial markets regulatory framework as well as a legal, regulatory or business administration background are required. Finally, the consultant should be fluent in English and German. Project Start: as soon as possible. Project End: 31.12.2015 (with extension optional). Assignment location: Rhine/main area.
