Job Requirements
• Insurance Domain knowledge

• End to End test management with strong testing experience.
• Experience working in an Agile/Waterfall methodology preferable
• Managing Overall Offshore Test Activities, responsible for quality and timely deliverables of the team across the towers.
• Planning and coordinate offshore delivery activities across all the towers and be the Single Escalation POC for Offshore Delivery and Operations.
• Ensure Testing Delivery Targets and KPI SLAs are governed end to end across all the deliverables from Offshore.
• Analyze and troubleshoot delivery Risks/Issues to Onshore Leads, Client in a timely fashion.
• Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements and ensure supply (vs) demand is maintained.
• Evaluate the performance of team members and determine training needs as applicable.
• To serve as SPOC for all customer connects and deliverables from offshore team.
• Develop process improvements to achieve cost effectiveness and savings by virtue of transformation.
• Will be able to make critical business decisions to meet customer expectations.
Key Competencies
• Tests and debugs new software or enhancements of existing software eco-system with minimum inputs from the customer.
• Works with technical personnel in understanding and resolving problems at the time of integration and packaging
• Participates in the evaluation and development of software user manuals
• Has profound know-how regarding testing methods, e.g. static dynamic tests (structure-oriented, function-oriented, diversifying, ...), area-, domain tests
• Has a sound understanding of business applications and their integration/dependency on other systems or data sources
• Advises the development in troubleshooting- and improvement measures
• Has profound knowledge of test automation procedures and their execution
• Creates detailed test planning, test design specifications, test case specifications, test procedure specifications, test object transfer reports, test protocols, test procedure and test result reports
• Development of comprehensive implementation concepts
• Identification of interfaces and dependencies between (sub)-projects
• Candidate should have very good experience not limited to the following
o HP ALM
o HP UFT
o Test Automation Frameworks and Tools
• Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
• Assist with internal and external communication by providing project metrics and reporting, improving transparency.
Knowledge – German Insurance Domain, preferably Life, Non-Life, Health and Re-Insurance
Experience
• 7+ years as Testing experience and Project Management of which atleast 5 years in a Project/Test Management role
