An exciting opportunity has arisen in my clients Berlin office for a skilled, curious and passionate Data Engineer to lead a geo-location project. The ideal Data Engineer will be enthusiastic and experienced within the field, with a proven track record of successfully delivering in their previous positions. You will be provided with location based data sourced from field research ready to fuse and combine within a system that produces an end result of the data being accurate and precise for the end users requirements.
Desired skill set:
- Do you relish a challenge and work with an entrepreneurial spirit?
- Would you consider yourself a solid Data Engineer with at least 3 year's experience?
- Are you proficient in Python, Scala or Java/Kotlin and cloud technologies such as AWS?
- Do you understand that Legacy code and technical debt exist and drive forward solutions with these in mind?
- Can you demonstrate a proven track record in delivering quality solutions (agile methods, testing, validations)?
