Your success is our goal.Task description• Conducting a systematic upgrade of a Management Consultancy’s methodologies
• Improve use of text & linguistic analysis in data gathering
• Improve online search / search within databases via crawlers
• Improve insights generation within similarly structured data sets, e.g. via a ‘quick detection tool’
• Improve decision-making in workshops via liquid feedback tools
• Analyze recruiting related data to target future recruiting efforts to the ‘right’ candidatesThis you should bring along
• University degree ideally in Statistics, alternatively Mathematics, Physics , Computer Science or related natural sciences / technical degree, or comparable qualification
• At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in statistical modeling and machine learning
• Experience in analyzing complex datasets and building mathematical predictive and prescriptive models, also in a practical business context
• Experience in applying data science methods to business problems
• Very good programming skills in at least one of the following languages: Python, R
• Experience in at least one visualization tool like Tableau or PowerBI
• Proven experience in working with databases (relational, NoSQL)Apply
