Must-have Skills: Technical Siebel CRM expert with:Strong expierence in Siebel CSW (Configuration, Scripting & Workflow); EAI.
Knowledge and experience with: Siebel EIM, Admin, Informatica.
Knowledge of Siebel iOS integration and CTI Integration with Genesys Adapter.
Fluent German AND English language skills.
Tasks:
Production support: includes enhancement as well development releases.
Hyper-care support that requires close co-ordination with development team.
Support for other non-production environments (like test, training, development, test maintenance, development maintenance).
CTI Integration (using GPlus Adapters).
Background:
Highly integrated system (having integration with – Salesforce, several studies, branch databases, Digital Management, Marketing, Call center, technical complaints, multiple SAP Systems, DWH/COBRA, MDM and others).
Regulation / quality guidance application having 24*7 support.
There are 2 iPad applications for which support is required as part of iOS upgrade and Siebel iOS integration.
Minor release in each month comprising of bug fixes and small changes.
Application support span across Germany, Switzerland & Austria, current user base of 1.200+, quarterly based major releases.
