JD:
• The main technology in Unitymedia IP network needs Juniper experience + Nokia + the protocols (listed by below)
• The Cisco ASR platform is only in southern Germany (BW) and will be replaced with Juniper in the near future, after that UM will have only have a few Cisco B2B routers, so the main job will be on Juniper
• Experience required will centre on Juniper Routers (MX960, PTX500…), Juniper Switches (EX4500, qfx5100…), Nokia 7750 SR (AFTR), A10 Networks (AFTR) and Cisco ASR9k
• Experience with common backbone protocols e.q. BGP, ISIS, OSPF, TCP/IP, MPLS, IPv6, DS-lite, etc.
• Fundamental knowledge of Linux / Unix based server
