For one of our clients we are looking for a Service Owner (m/f)Project Description:
The client is seeking a competent and experienced Service Owner who will be able to quickly assume responsibility for the service ownership topics shown below. This role will suit an experienced consultant who has a strong customer focus and a background of owning services on behalf of an IT organisation or has a back ground in product management.
Main Tasks:
• Managing the existing workplace service (Windows 7)
o Management of the 3rd-party service provider
o Escalation point and resolver for major end user service issues
o Review and approval of architectural decisions,
o Service Catalogue Management for PC client services,
o Ownership of Core & Supplemental Applications
• Project Support for the future Workplace (Windows 10, in deployment)
o Management of multiple 3rd-party service providers
o Application Testing
o Engagement with project team to understand and support deployment
o Support in setting up and overseeing the evergreen testing processes
o Content preparation and review for SNow Catalogue Management
o Support of SNow Asset Management processes and reporting
• Workplace reporting:
o Monitoring of service consumption and basic service budget management
o MWP Dashboard
o KPIs
