We are currently looking for motivated candidates to join our team in Basel as Google Platform Engineer/Administrator. We need somebody who has solid experience with Google platforms and products e.g. Gmail, G Suite and Goggle APIs.Tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver complex cloud-based messaging, collaboration and authentication solutions.
- Maintain current messaging systems to include maintenance of current messaging systems in Google Apps and Gmail systems
- Technical support across all products such as Gmail, G Suite and Goggle APIs. etc.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and ongoing technical skill development. Collaborate with other support teams
Skills and requirements:
- At least several years of industry experience in Google products and platforms, systems development, network operations, and application support.
- Strong experience with Messaging, Collaboration and Authentication services based on Google products e.g. Google G Suite, Gmail, Docs, Drive, Google+, Google API
- Experience with Apps Script, Javascript or Java.
- Promote a climate of “Happy customers“ and happy team members with professional personality with a “getting things done” attitude
- Experienced working in multinational teams and global setup, i.e. sensitive of cultural differences and adaptable
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Fluency in English, German or French are a big plus
