Senior Backend Engineer (some Fullstack)- NodeJS/PHP Munich - €55-€70 per hour depending on skills and experience Contract - 3 9 months Start Date - ASAP ** Node.JS * PHP * Javascript * React.JS * Backend Engineer * DevOps * Continuous Integration * Microservices * Docker * Vagrant * Ansible * Jenkins * Cloud * AWS * Fullstack Developer * A leader in online/ retail consumer electronics based in Munich are looking to hire a Senior Backend Engineer to assist with a digital transformation. They client are creating end 2-end APIs from their Backend PHP/NodeJS platforms to Frontend Javascript / ReactJS. There are two elements of the wider programme which include eventual migration from PHP to NodeJS and also the creation of fully functional, clean APIs from NodeJS (PHP) - to Javascript / React JS frontend. Engineers can come from either core PHP or NodeJ.s development background and must understand how e 2-e APIs are working. Actual working knowledge of developing Javascript, ReactJS is highly desirable. The client are also aiming to operate in a DevOps/ Continuous Delivery / Continuous Integration way so any experience with DevOps / CI / CD tools such as Jenkins, CircleCi, Teamcity, Travis, Docker, Vagrant, Ansible is desirable. They also operate AWS cloud services so knowledge of how development works in this type of environment is highly desirable. Skill summary for Senior Node / PHP Engineer Background in core NodeJS or PHP.
