Datacom/IP EngineerOur client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for a Datacom/IP Engineer to join their business in NRW Germany.

Requirements
- Definition of standard external & internal procedures for datacom solutions (layer 2, layer 3, firewall etc.)
- Generation datacom high level design HLD and low level design LLD
- External and internal interface for project coordination
- Provide level 2/level 3 technical configuration and support service to our customers independently or jointly with the technical support team
- Datacom devices configuration, isolate and solve problems
- Deliver technical presentations/workshops and training for customers, partners and prospects
- Conduct project implementation and technical supervision of subcontractors or service partners
- Update of customer workflow & project mgmt. tools
- Provide pre-sales support for testing, bidding or workshops
Qualification
- Diploma in Telecommunication or Electrical / Electronic Engineering or minimum 5 years practical experience in Datacom and Broadband projects;
- Knowledge of Networking Technologies such as Ethernet, TCP/IP, VOIP, xDSL, ATM, MPLS and L2/L3 VPN;
- Certificate holder of CCNP/CCIE or similar is an advantage;
- Fluency in English; German is big plus
- Autonomous, strong learning and team cooperation ability;
- Able to work under pressure and willing to travel within the country and abroad.
