Im Auftrag unseres Kunden sind wir auf der Suche nach einem Spezialist für Online-Payment Systeme für den Standort Bonn.Main Task:
• To help identify an automated one-stop shop online payment system across 40 branches in different countries
• You are able to understand the client’s needs and help to meet those needs with an efficient and cost-effective technical solution
• To identify the right vendor that caters to their unique online payment need
• You will work closely with the finance and market development teams
Aim:
• Can be customized to each regional office’s needs (in terms of currency, local tax laws, etc.)
• Automatically generates invoices and sales confirmations
• Specific to training program, is compatible with our current Learning Management System offered by eFront (version 3.6.13). Ideally, it should allow the user access to the online course immediately after payment
• Easy and effective user interface (desktops, mobile phones etc.)
• Automates accounting procedures, or connects to an external service that can manage them (e.g. invoicing and follow up, fraud prevention, monthly transfer of payments to central organization account, etc.)
• Can be adapted to other types of online sales in the future, such as selling goods or licenses
Requirements:
• Prior experience setting up automated payment systems
• Knowledge of processing payments from various countries to one chief account
• Very good written and spoken English (FSC’s office language)
• Good negotiation and networking skills
• Good project management skills
