Job Description
In the role of a test manager you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing IT systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with some of the best talent in the industry to create innovative high quality and defect-free solutions to meet our clients’ business needs. You will be open to travel within Germany.
Responsibilities
In this role you will be:
Overall accountable for end to end Quality Assurance
Drive client meetings, plan and execute testing
Manage customer complaints
Conceptualize service improvement initiatives and drive them to closure
Provide technical solution to the team and fulfil what is needed to meet project objectives and deliverables
Take the end to end responsibility of Quality Assurance within agreed service levels
Drive project management process
Required
Information Technology professional with the following:
8+ years of Testing and Quality Assurance experience
Has previously managed Software Quality Assurance projects in multi-vendor environment
4+ years of experience in Requirements gathering, Test planning and implementation.
2+ years of experience in project scoping, estimation and scheduling
2+ years of experience in client interaction and stakeholder management
ISTQB certified Test Manager
Fluent German speaking and writing skills is a must
Preferred
Knowledge of Test Automation and scripting
Experience in automotive domain.
Experience in SAP.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Experience in Agile/ Scrum Process.
Certification in Agile/scrum
