Job Description
My client is building a team of senior full stack developers to design, develop and maintain their laboratory information system, which will store information to help in the efficiency of treating millions of animals worldwide. You will be based in Stuttgart, Germany, using the latest technology to find solutions and develop an efficient, coherent system as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Skills
- Java 6 and above

- An understanding of Service-Oriented-Architecture (SOA)

- RESTful services

- JavaScript frameworks

- Maven, JAX-WS/JAX-RS, JPA (Eclipselink, Hibernate or any other persistence layer)

- Experience building and implementing continuous integration

- Dependency management

- Knowledge of Micro services and design patterns

- SQL RDBMS (MySQL, Oracle etc.)

- Subversion and/or Git version control experience as part of a large team

- Good knowledge of web services and cloud platforms in a Client Server environment

- Familiarity with testing tools (Jasmine, Protractor, Postman etc.)

- An understanding of Agile is a plus

- Experience working with System Integration Design and Integration Solutions

- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical training and work experience is essential
