Lead Designer - Senior wanted for our Berlin based client in the IT sector.Your experience/skills:
- A degree in a relevant field along with more than 3 years of experience in designing mobile consumer softwares
- Expertise in designing mobile consumer software and digital products
- Strong visual design sense with clean typography and layout understanding
- Familiarity with current design methodologies and industry standards
- Sound understanding of design in a theoretical level and the ability to translate this into practice
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Producing visual designs and supporting implementation for Android and iOS
- Creating wireframes, prototypes or visual mockups
- Using quantitative and qualitative data to drive and defend design decisions
- Establishing a strong design culture by collaborating with members of multidisciplinary teams and advocating for users and user-centered design practices
- Working closely with Product Managers and Developers to iterate designs based on research, feedback and user testing
