• Responsiblity for steering and monitoring of incident, problem tickets and handling their KPIs
• Coordinating Service Enabling tasks
• Handling, steering of call-off orders
• Assure and adopt IT operational handbooks, design operational concepts, update and maintain databasesYour profile
• Profound SAP Knowledge (SD, CS, CO, PM, Solution Manager). Basic understanding of ABAP
• Know How in using Service Now (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration Management)
• Tools: HP Service Manager, HP Propel Request Management, UCMDB, SAP Logon
• ITILv3 Foundation certification
• Excellent analytical and conceptual as well as negotiating skills
• Good organizational abilities and a service oriented working manner
