Key skills
Degree/Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Communications Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 4-6 years relevant working experience as developer
Developing experience with OpenStack
Experience with opensource contribution and a passion for Open Source software development
Flexible, self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast paced and multi-cultural organisation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of the English and German language
Good interpersonal skills
Would be an advantage:
Experience with DNS
Developing experience with OpenStack Designate
Programming skills in ruby on rails
UI development skills
Responsibilities:
Development of Openstack Designate Back End drivers
Development on Openstack Designate including patches, fixes and new features
Development of Openstack functionality to support interal core DNS and registry functionality
Support infrastructure UI development teams for core DNS and registry functionality in corporate Openstack implementation
