Software Engineer (English and Chinese speaking) - 6 month rolling contract
Exciting new opportunity for an English and Chinese speaking Software Engineer to work for a blue chip company based in Duesseldorf, Germany.
The successful candidate's duties will include:
- Serving as the Windows software design & development expert
- Understanding and analysing the client's requirements and designing software models
- High quality coding and programming
- Testing software before release and solving bugs after release
- Continuous upgrade of software
Essential Skills:
- Experience working with C# .Net, ASP.NET or JAVA
- Ability to develop WinForm or Web applications
- Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server database design and development
- Ability to analyse big data
- Good knowledge of object-oriented, multi-threaded and thread synchronisation
- Knowledge of software design patterns and ability to use at least 3 patterns in coding
- Good knowledge of agile software development
- Ability to understand and analyse client's requirements and design and develop software to fulfil their requirements
- English fluency both verbal and written (essential)
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of VBA programming
- Proficiency in Chinese language
