Our client a leading company within the financial services sector is looking to bring on an experienced Build and Release engineer based in Hamburg - Germany for an 8 month project.
You will be working within a cross functional team using agile methods, whilst working as a team to build successful products that excite their customers.
What they're looking for:
- They want someone who has several years of experience as a Build and release developer working in cross functional teams.
- Deep knowledge of Jenkins, Bamboo, Java and Linux.
- Advanced understanding of CI and CD and Scripting knowledge.
- Some knowledge with TFS but this Is not mandatory.
- Strong interest in current developments and technologies within the Release Engineering community.
- High aspiration for quality balanced with a good sense of pragmatism.
- To understand quality assurance as a task of the entire team to build the best experience to the users.
- Independently and quick adoption of new technologies and concepts.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
Not only will you be working as part of the test, development and operations team you will be collaborating with other engineers to ensure you will be building and monitoring the quality management environments whilst accepting software packages from different development technologies such as Java.
