Beschreibung
Responsibilities:- 2nd Level IT-Support of over 20 software applications in an international banking environment (like searching log files, check processes in application servers etc.)
- Hands-on incident and problem solving escalated by the First Level Support Team
- Coordinate the issue resolution together with developers, 3rd Level Support and business side
- Handle smaller requests from business and IT stakeholders
- Support the transition of software development projects into the application support environment
- Provide support for application deployments and support of critical batch jobs
Requirements:
- Experience in IT application support
- Knowledge in Unix (e.g. handling files, searching logs, checking processes)
- Knowledge in SQL querying (Oracle / Microsoft SQL)
- Fluent in English
