Developer + App Support (Android/iOS)
Tasks:
- First level support for software companies when integrating SDK for Android and IOS
- Support of these companies in all technical questions
- Estimate App bug reports and map Apps to specific categories
- Collaborate with 3rd party developers to solve these bugs
- Technical support during the preparation of trade fairs and events
Profile:
- Base knowledge in the development of IOS and/or Android apps
- Good customer facing skills
- Very good German and English
- Ability to quickly grasp complex subjects
- High self-initiative
