Proteus Europe is searching for a C/ C++ Software Engineer with a background in Aerospace for one of our clients in Germany.Our Client :-
Our client is a global renowned aerospace manufacturer with an enviable heritage in the aerospace field. They manufacture systems for a mixture of civil and defence aircraft and are constantly developing innovative solutions for their clients. They are a company in growth due to excellence with their work and attention to every detail.
Your New role :-
Task profile: Development of low-level software (firmware) and / or embedded real-time application software for avionics systems within all development phases (specification, architecture, implementation, test and documentation).
Your Skills and experience :-
Essential Skills :-
- Language C and / or C ++
- Programming of drivers, built-in tests (BIT), BSPs and unit test software
- Experience in hardware-related programming of - low level software- (firmware)
- Knowledge / use of Real-Time 0perating Systems (e.g., Wind River VxWorks-
653 or Greenhills Integrity)
- Documentation according to the aviation industry standard D0254 and D0178B / C
- Skills to strengthen the teamwork and the effective organization of the
working conditions
- Good communication skills, autonomous operation
- Interpersonal and leadership qualities are required
- Good to very good English skills in spoken and written English
Desirable Skills :-
- Experience in the development of application software in the language ADA
- Experience with (Linux) kernel development
- Experience in the SW test field (unit, integration / acceptance test)
- Software development process (Agile, Waterfall, V-Model)
- Requirements engineering
- Software Architecture
- Experience in communication systems (general, as well as radio technology)
