2 years of experience as Scrum Master, thereof 1 year in Scaled Scrum projects (minimum 3 teams)
3 years of experience in agile development.
Flexibility in performing either agile Scrum Master and traditional PO role concurrently.
Able to act as the Scrum Master, Scrum Coach for 3 Scrum Teams in parallel working on the same product
Have strong capabilities to organize Agile work streams within company project environment
Able to track team velocity, health and sprint/release progress
Understanding project escalations paths and proactively & effectively log, track, communicate, mitigate, escalate risks and issues
Able to work efficiently in fast paced environments with evolving teams and get best possible outcomes
Hands-on experience as a user of Jira in agile environment
Knowledge of continuous integration and build process
Understanding concept of Test Automation
Hands-on experience in test case design and testing automation would be an advantage
Likely to be educated to university degree level, or with equivalent professional experience and track-record, you’re furthermore determined, organized, self-motivated and passionate about quality, clarity, efficiency and customer focus
Professional Scrum Master (PSM) I certification is mandatory
You will also need good interpersonal relationship skills as well as excellent written and oral skills in English
Availability to travel across Europe up to 5% of time is required

Act as Scrum master for 2-3 scrum teams with a focus on guiding the teams towards improving the way they work to reach sprint and project objectives.
Ensure cross-team coordination.
Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible.
Act as a project manager when necessary. Take responsibility for managing dependencies between our teams and between our teams and customer teams.
Facilitate and promote the effective use of the scrum development methodology.
Ensure that the development teams practice and adhere to the core agile principles of collaboration, self-organization, prioritization, team accountability and visibility.
Guide, coach, and educate product owners and development teams through story development, iterations, retrospectives, product backlog management and decision making.
Organizing and facilitating project planning, daily stand-up meetings, reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings.
Track and communicate team velocity, relevant metrics and sprint/release progress with, and to, all affected teams and management.
Remove roadblocks/impediments to teams’ progress.
Assist the team in making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition.
Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency on what and how is being done.
Assist the product owner with keeping the backlog groomed.
Facilitate discussion, different approaches and conflict resolution.
Building a working environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.
