Looking for an HCM/SAP experienced HR freelancer.The Client is a global leading IT/Technology Company.
Contract length is 6 months (rolling), with a strong chance of being extended.
Types of Experience needed:
- Payroll in either of these three countries: Germany, Austria or Switzerland
(If have multiple experiences the better).
- Handling all issues and change requests raised via internal ticketing tool.
- Ensure the solutions are provided within agreed SLA
- Should be able to take additional countries as secondary support consultant.
- Analyse the SAP standard OSS notes being released as part of HRSP upgrades.
- Work with offshore team for knowledge transition and other related activities.
- Able to analyse issues end to end payroll processes covering all sub modules in SAP HCM
- Payroll process understanding Tax and Legal regulations
Must have:
Fluent or Professional in German.
