My client, a global E-commerce company, have an urgent requirement for a 2nd Line Support Engineer on an initial 3 month rolling contract that should extend throughout 2017. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a global E-commerce business, gain new skills and move your career forward. The successful candidate will be coming from a service desk, 2nd line support, or desktop background supporting a windows environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS: -
- PC Laptop and Printer Break/Fix
- Active Directory
- MS Exchange
- Excellent Communication in both English and German
- Experience in a MAC environment would be preferable but Windows is essential
- Remote support to EMEA offices
- Setup/Configuration of Video Conferencing, projectors and printers
