Our client is currently looking for a Supporter/Tester (m/f) Cisco Contact Center for a project in Eschborn.
- Bilateral discuss with customer individual aspects of Cisco Contact Center platform incl. Finesse and design & document the technical solution (Word, Visio, Excel) incl. interfaces to other subsystems (CUCM), QOS requirements, resource / bandwidth planning
- Design & document migration cenarios of platform and call-flows
- Take part in customer meetings in German for discussing the customers? requirements and presenting possible technical solutions for it
- Evolving and specifying technical solutions for the customer requirements (voice processing and routing of incoming calls, Interactive Voice Response IVR, Automatic Speech Recognition ASR, Voice Recording) for 11.000 user
- Run meetings with 3rd party solution element provider
- Write the technical concept doc for the customer
- Support System Design Team in how to monitor and report all aspects of the service
- Support Service Design Team in how to integrate into the inlife service (config + incident handling)
- Verify the technical aspects of the 3rd party contract
- Verify and control the technical aspects of the 3rd party delivery
- Design & document migration cenarios
- Define testcases for testing the Voice Drop & Blast solution at customer prem
- Run testcases
- Write Enduser / Training documentation
- Handover to Service-Team for configuration and service
- Cisco CCNP/CCIE Collaboration
- Contact Center Design experience
- Cisco UCCE Experience
- Verint Voice Recorder experience is a plus
- You should be fluent in German as there are several meetings in German
