Responsible for other parallel running Scrum Teams
Ensure and optimize the performance from one sprint to another
Support the whole delivery chain from conception until delivery into production
Plan, execute, steer and review the sprints of the team within a certain major release
Working with other interdisciplinal teams like business designers, developers and testers
Scope of the application is the development, implementation and maintenance of a core insurance systemErforderliche Kenntnisse
Strong communication skills
Certified Scrum Master and a structured way of work
Experience in setting up and running improvement programs
