Task:Responsible for:
- Incident Management (Incident Investigation & Diagnosis / Resolution and Recovery / Incident Closure)
- Problem Management (Problem Initiation / Problem Ownership / Root Cause Owner / Problem Analysis)
- Change Management (Change Implementation)
- Network / Network Security or CI Ownership
- Daily IT Operations
Requirements (Must have):
- Minimum of 5+ years’ experience within Network Operations, and Network services support,
operational monitoring and/or end user support
- Excellent understanding of ITSMITIL processes, preferably ITIL trained
Network - Technical Skills Specifically required:
- Deep level knowledge & certification of Cisco, HPN.
Knowledge in Most of the Important Network technologies:
- Cisco routers, switches
- HPN routers, switches
- HP C-Class Virtual Connect
- Load balancer technology ( F5)
- Content switching
- WAN concepts
- MPLS Technology
- Network L2 and L3 protocols IP, TCP, UDP
- Routing Protocols BGP, OSPF, ISIS
- QoS
- VPN / IPSec, SSL
- Cisco IOS, Cisco works, Cisco VoIP
- Optical Cisco DWDM and trans mode CWDM
- Familiarity with Network analyzing (Wireshark, Packetizer, TCPdump, TCPreplay)
- Basic Knowledge of Unix/Linux
- Fluent in German
- Excellent in English
Nice to have:
- French would be a plus
Environment/Miscellaneous:
- Position is located in Switzerland - onsite
- No remote possible
