NC Programmer | Bremen | 6 months | Catia, Numerical Control
Square One are looking for an experienced NC Programmer for an initial 3 month contract with one of our major clients based just outside Bremen.
- 8 to 10 years of experience in NC Programming preferably in Aerospace structural components
- Preferred CAM tool would be Catia V5 R23
- Hands on experience in programming for hard materials like Aluminum alloys, Titanium alloys, Stainless Steel etc.
- Hands on experience in validation of multi stage components using Vericut is essential.
- Hands on experience to generate optimum tool path for complex structural machine parts is essential.
- Shop floor exposure with good machining concepts & good knowledge of GD&T is essential.
- Strong Manufacturing experience.
- Knowledge of Tool design, part Pre-Planning & Scheme Planning.
- Reading & interpretation of engineering drawing
- Good awareness of cutting tools and its parameters.
- Modelling & Drafting knowledge is preferred using Catia V5
- Able to Suggest best machining strategy for simple 3 axis parts to complex 5 axis parts.
- Effective communication and soft skills in German language is essential.
