Developer & App Support (Android & iOS)
Tasks:
- First level support for software companies (3rd parties) in the integration of App SDKs for Android and iOS (SDK for Smartphone Integration in Cars)
- Support company in all related technical issues
- Initial assessment of bug reports from Apps
- Cooperation with 3rd party developers for bug fixing
- Cooperation with the 2nd level support of App SDKs
- Technical assistance in the preparation of fairs and events
- Personal responsibility for maintenance and preparation of required demonstration kit (smartphone) and use of the necessary tools
- Co-operation with development, product management, system testing and marketing in the above points
Profile:
- A successful degree in computer science or equivalent
- Basic knowledge in the development of iOS and/or Android Apps
- Customer focussed
- Very good German and English, spoken and written
- Ability to quickly grasp complex relationships
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented approach
- Analytical thinking
