Solution Architect/Enterprise Architect, English speaking. 12 months, Architect with software development background.
My client based in Munich is searching for a senior Solution Architect/Enterprise Architect, English speaking. 12 month freelance to permanent.
Paying from € per day.
As a Solution Architect/Enterprise Architect you will join a small team which is responsible for the architecture governance and evolution of a middle sized company. You belong to large community of architects where common solutions and strategies are defined for the group.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the architecture topology documentation of all IT systems.
- Ensuring that all systems conform to a set of defined architecture principles and rules.
- Defining a five year architecture roadmap to both support future business needs as well as to bring Legacy systems into compliance with the principles and rules.
- Reducing costs and complexity by defining coherent IT solutions.
- Ensuring all systems and projects meet governance regulations.
- Your tasks:
- Advising, consulting and guiding all levels of business and management on aligning the business strategy with possible technical solutions.
- Working with product managers in defining project requirements.
- Translating project requirements into a sound enterprise architecture.
- Documenting project solutions in a project architecture document.
- Assessing all project solutions against architectural and governance rules and identifying and communicating risks.
- Maintain, improve and shape the Enterprise Architecture landscape.
- Support in the selection of commercial products and tooling.
Our requirements:
- Accomplished Computer Science study or comparable education.
- Java background or software development.
- Extensive experience with IT Architecture and Software Architecture.
- Exposure to: Business Intelligence, Data Integration, Datamodelling, Data Architecture.
- Strategic thinker, strong communication skills, ability to present solutions to and convince senior management
