Business Analyst - Identity & Access Management
My banking and finance client based near Frankfurt in Germany is looking for a Business Analyst with experience working within Identity and Access Management, to join their exciting long term project.
Overall Purpose of the Role:
To meet audit and regulatory requirements, all business areas must review the levels of access granted to their applications, and ensure that this access is granted on a need to know basis and regularly recertified. The access management analyst will provide assistance to business managers to identify and remediate access issues and control gaps in line.
The analyst will play a pivotal role communicating requirements, identifying pragmatic solutions, and managing the delivery timetable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review of access management issues in selected applications
- Review of roles, privileges and entitlements within applications
- Review of Segregation of Duties issues within applications
- Production of monthly senior stakeholder briefing decks
- Ensuring timely delivery of quality communications
- Maintenance of programme master documents and library
Key competencies:
Business Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience of Information Security and Access Management
- Ideally has 5 years' experience working within a Banking/Financial organization
- Foundation level knowledge of financial products
- Builds knowledge of organization, structure, products, and services
- Builds key relationships with business sources and stakeholders

- Highly proficient English, both spoken and written
- Methodical, analytical approach, pays close attention to detail
- Highly motivated and copes well with ambiguity
- Proven track record working as part of a team
- Efficient, responds well to working under pressure and meets challenging deadlines
- Expert in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Knowledge of SharePoint is an advantage
