A global organisation is recruiting for a Genesys Technical Consultant that has experience with Genesys Framework and Management v8.1/8.5 to work within their Germany offices. 6 month rolling contract paying up 700 euros per day depending on skills and experience.
Essential skills and experience required by the Genesys Technical Consultant, eServices, Genesys Web Management, SCXML, Genesys Mobile Management, Cassandra, Jetty, SQL:
- Genesys Framework and Management v8.1/8.5
- Good Knowledge of Genesys call back and Schedule call back solution
- eServices, v8.1+, especially Genesys Web Engagement/Proactive environment
- Genesys Info Mart particularly with respect to eServices reporting
- Experience of using SCXML to develop ORS routing applications for eServices using Composer
- Strong understanding of Cassandra, Jetty and SQL skills
- Involvement in Genesys platform design and architecture
- Good Knowledge of Genesys Mobile Services (GMS)
- Preferably experience in a virtualised Windows and Linux environment
