Recruit 121 has a freelance assignment for an SAP ABAP Lead/Coordinator to join the team of its multinational end user client in Niedersachsen, Germany for 12 months on a full time basis. This is a contract position.

Minimum core attributes:
- MUST be a German Language speaker
- Experience of Coordinating a team of up to 15 developers.
- Proven lead experience of 2 years or more until present day
- 5 years or more of SAP ABAP, SAP Script experience
- 6 years or more of programming in 4GL
- Work closely with the PMO, Functional Lead and Test Lead to schedule and co-ordinate and report on development activities according to the project priorities and timescales.
- Still able to remain hands on with ABAP.
- Working as a member of a SAP application team, responsible for working with technology and business specialists to provide solutions consistent with IT strategic direction and computing platform standards, and making functional additions to the SAP system as mandated by business processes.
- Responsible for coding, testing and documenting business application programs, and assisting in the analysis and correction of application program processing errors in a live production environment.
