Senior Expert EU Payroll System(Duration: 1year)
Purpose of the function
The migration expert shall support HR Europe / IT / Local Business units and external vendor alignment based on integrated end-to-end process expertise. He shall drive process and data template definition and the subsequent transformation of all payroll related systems into either vendor systems or into HR Success Factors as future leading HR system. Despite execution of changes he also shall co-ordinate activities of internal and external experts during analysis, risk log and issue resolution and supervise testing as well as management and support of the payroll project with main focus on technology and interfaces and external partner management.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support identification of potential for optimization and synergy effects of existing business processes
- Drive the creation and harmonization of a pan-European payroll data template/structures which ensures the migration of existing payroll data from various sources and providers in DSE as well as lays the ground for a future end-to-end descriptive analytics with HR IS
- Set up and supervise a process for changes / adaption of all payroll related / other interfaces to ensure a flawless decommissioning of SAP HCM at the end of the payroll project
- Planning and implementation of agreed concepts and changes in co-operation with internal DS business units and external payroll partner
- Ensure audit, payroll tax and KPMG related verifications
- Manage internal and external project members by tracking deliverables against milestones and budget, ensure regular team meetings and communication
- Management of external vendor along agreed deliverables, milestones and budget and quality
- Create regular project communication and reporting to senior management and stakeholders in HQ and affiliates
