Project Planner/Support - German
I am currently looking for a Project Planner/Support to work based in Germany for a 6 month rolling contract.
Activity profile/job description:
- General administrative support for site implementation (end to end) as a member of the regional rollout teams
- Support the regional project management,
- Support in the meeting preparation & implementation as well as in reporting
- Data Maintenance & analysis, clarification of data differences, error analysis
- Control of data exchange between databases e///and customer
- Appointment Accessible tracking and compilation of documentation and examination of documents on content and plausibility
- Tracking and maintenance of project metrics
- Use of project-specific tools (data maintenance, tracking, analysis, documentation)
Required qualifications
- Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification with relevant experience
- Several years of experience in technical project administration (like in the mobile)
- Safe handling of standard MS Office package
- Structured approach, solution-oriented and business thinking, cost awareness, resilience
- Understand and use numbers, data and statistics
- Relevant experience in working with databases
- Good communication skills, team spirit high
- Fluent German and English, spoken and written
