For our client in the telecommunication industry we are looking for a CPE experienced Rollout Manager
Start: July/August 2016
Duration: 6 months (+ extension, roll-over contracts)
Location: Düsseldorf

Project Background:
Due to heavy workload, the project management team needs external support. The Rollout Manager with CPE Experience needs to have a technical understanding of telecommunication products as well as business background to understand the processes. They will be responsible for managing roll out projects for mid-high tier home gateway product.
Tasks
- Design technical rollout plan
- Planning, coordination of all Rollout activities with a focus on goals, accomplishments, delivery
dates, resources, responsibilities and costs
- Manage stakeholders (market (-customers), HW suppliers, system integrator, agencies)
- End-to-end management of the roll out project stages from project kick off to commercial launch
- Monitor and report progress of Rollout
- Resolution of issues, conflicts
- Host regular video conference calls with stakeholders for status updates incl. Documentation of processes
- Gap Analysis
Skills
- + 5 years international experience as a Rollout Manager of Telecommunication Products (eg Router, Set top boxes, iptv, etc...)
- Strong experience with access technologies (DSL, Fibre, 3G/4G LTE)
- Good knowledge of Remote Management (TR69, TR98, TR143, TR181, Telnet, SSH)
- Good knowledge on DSL Router s/Router Features (LAN, VLAN, QoS, Firewall, VPN, Wifi, USB, DLNA, etc.)
- Good experience with Release management and Risk management
- Embedded Linux (CPE SW Architecture)
- Experience with market rollouts in international environments
- Strong life cycle management experience
- Knowledge of SIP protocol/Voice Over IP
- Telecommunication background with hardware projects
- IPTV background (basic )
- N2H: Experience with companies such as Technicolor, SerComm, Cisco, AVM,..etc
