Beschreibung

Aufgabe:
GoSource provided reporting capabilities which do not meet our Customers requirements regarding report reliability, integrated reporting and flexibility which is resulting in low transparency of the Procurement standard processes covered in GoSource and in manual efforts. The mandate for the Project on Procurement BI and data analytics has been given by the GPB and the Investment Committee (IC). MyBI will be the platform of the Procurement BI and data analytics platform. The project scope is to migrate the data from the GoSource and the PBTS system into the new MyBI system for global Reporting and data analytics. The project duration is planned from July 2016 to May 2017.

- consult the project manager for the project based on the Prince2 concept.
- Organisation of the Steeringboard Meetings
- Organisation of the Projektmanagermeetings
- Creation of communication concept and ensure the implementation
- Creation of the following Baseline-Managementproducts and alignment with the Steering Board:
- Creation of detailed Projektdescription
- Creation of the benefit revision plan
- Conduction of the Projectdocumentation
- Creation of Phase-/Exceptionplans and related Projectdescriptions if necessary
- Creation of work packages
- Creation of the following reports:
- Projectstatusreport, Open-Issue-Report, Phase end reports, Experience reports, Execption reports, Project closure report
- Creation and maintenance of the following documents:
- Register open issues, risk register, daily project report, experience protocoll
o Coordination with the program management
o Coordination with external Suppliers (BravoSolution)
o Coordination with internal Suppliers (IT Services)
o Alignment and adoption of the project output of the frontend project
o Management and motivation of the project team members
o Management of the communication between Steering board and team members of the project
o Management and controlling of the expected products, responsibility for the progress of the project and managment of the resources set up of correction plans if necessary
o Riskcontrolling and -management, Steering of open issues and changes configuration management und communikation
o Management of the Projectsteering tools – Controlling and reporting
o Approval of work packages
o Information to the steering board in case of plan deviations
o Implementation of the Configuration management strategy and ensure acceptance
o Definition of the configuration audits whether the products to be delivered are in line with the requirements and initiating of correction activities in case it's necessary
o Controlling and reporting of the project budget
o Ensure that the workpackages and the modul is created within the project timelines
o Ensure that the quality of the workpackages are in line with the customer requirements
o Ensure the change management withint the company

Anforderung:
- Procurement Experiences at least 3 years
- Project Management experiences (Prince2)

- Business Intelligence experiences
- Data Architecture
- Data Modelling
- Data interfaces

- very good English Language
- good German language

Wünschenswert:
very good English Language
good German language
