SAP SM (Service Management) Expert
Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP SM (Service Management) Expert to based in North Germany
Project Scope:
To participate in defining and building the new client ERP template
Required skills:
- At least 5 years with SAP Service Management
- Deep knowledge for SAP Service Management and Customer Service to include
- Must have participated in similar projects for similar sized organisation
- SAP as a Back End for Customer Service/CCH/IQOS
- Serial number/Equipment
- DIP - Dynamic Item Profile
- In-house Repair
- Field service
- Contracts
- Service integration to Finance
- Service integration to purchasing
- Front End/Back End integrations via Cloud based tools
- Preferably S/4HAHA 1511
Soft Skills Needed
- Excellent English skills is a must
- Self-propelled, ability to challenge the business.
- Able to work comfortably with both business, IT and other externals
Duration 8 months
Start date: August 8th 2016
Expenses: Yes (travel and accommodation)
Location: Onsite customers location, North Germany
Work is: 100% on site in the North Germany
