We are currently recruiting for OSS Engineering to join their business in Germany.
Position Title: OSS Engineering
Position Type: 3 months rolling contract
Start Date: ASAP
Location: North Germany

Responsibilities:
- Planning and carrying introduction of software upgrades/updates.
- Planning and carrying introduction HW upgrades
- Testing software patches
- Adjusting/analysing/Solving Problem Reports within the Problem management
- Planning and carrying introduction of capacity extension
- Analysis of customer new requirement and make assessment in cost, delay and project planning
- Report on engineering activities
- FOA and new function introduction
- POC and feasibility studies of new solutions
Qualifications:
- IT technical training such as engineering, communication technician or equivalent qualification
- 5 years + experiences in telecom industry or IT managed services
- Extensive experience and detailed knowledge of the OSS application
- Vendor specific NMS certifications and training by the system manufacturer is appreciated
- Good knowledge of software development and engineering and IT network infrastructures
- Good knowledge of ITIL V3 and eTOM
- Fluent English and German
