My client seeks an experienced PMO (Project Management Office). The ideal consultant will come from telecommunication background and will have an extensive PMO experience required within complex and international organisations. The consultant has to be familiar WorkStram and Raid, Planning and Status Review and Change Control.
The main responsibilities will include:
-Create the PMO Set-Up Plan, Establish the organisation chart for internal and external Governance
-Establish and maintain typical PMO activities covering WorkStream RAID, Planning and Status Review, Change Control, Steering Committee presentation preparation
-Manage Document Index Ledger and create and share Naming Convention
-Set up Programme tools and systems required for the day to day operations (Planview for timesheet management; Sharepoint for documentation, Project Mailbox etc.
-Carry out and maintain regular RAID review sessions and set up the Programme Governance (including Communication plans)
