We are now searching for an SOC Interface Engineer to start in June. This role is based in München and is offered with an initial 6 months contract.

Job description
- Create an operational handbook
- Implement processes into a new operations set-up
- Identify areas of improvement and optimization
- Set-up and steer customer meetings, work with the customer
- Define quality measures and implement SLA (Service level agreements)
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Fixnet Business Customer provisioning process
- Experience in managed service delivery projects
- Commercial principles awareness
- Some experience in project management
- Very good process documentation skills
- Flexibility to take over variations of the role
- Very good presentation skills
- Familiar with outsourcing principles
- Good understanding of workflow tooling
- Fluent in German and English
- Happy to travel across Germany and Romania
