Business Analyst Reporting Requirements

Initial_Situation:
The objective for Release 2 is to build a Claims Front Office system that provides Claims with a workflow support engine and a user interface that orchestrates existing applications through integration in the AGCS system landscape.
Rolling out CLAWS is a critical enabler of several strategic aspirations towards the Claims Operation Model 2.0.
For Release 2, the following components are in scope:
* global Claims processes (global end-to-end workflow)
* global Corporate LoBs (Lines of Business) and Energy layer
* US specific configuration
CLAWS will be integrated with Global Genius through the Business Integration Hub and will be rolled out in the US as a big bang roll out together with Global Genius Phase 3 replacing COSMOS.
CLAWS will furthermore orchestrate interfaces to digital document management and digital document production systems as well as Global Sanctions Screening Solution.
Objective_Service:
- Supporting in creation of business specifications for reporting requirements for the CLAWS Release 2 project.
- Collection and support in setting up test cases for SIT (System Integration Test) and UAT (User Acceptance Test) that sufficiently tests the implementation of our Front Office tool
- Support the execution of testing
Service_Description:
- Creating business specifications for reporting requirements for the CLAWS Release 2 project. Goal is to replace all reports from the current COSMOS system (~44) and ACD reports tbd.
- aligning requirements with business owners
- Participation and preparation of DCO sessions if necessary
- Support getting sign-off of specifications
- Support UAT
- Supporting creation of test cases for SIT and UAT
Required skills:
Preferably knowledge in Global Genius
Good knowledge of insurance business processes
Motivated.
Attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Strong ability to build working relationships in a complex environment.
Language skills (Local language + English)
Understanding of IT Infrastructure and application development processes.
Experience in SIT and UAT testing
