Test Lead

I've got an amazing long term project located in Munich, Germany. My client is currently seeking for a German speaker who can develop the test plan for the tasks, dependencies and participants required to mitigate the risks to system quality and obtain stakeholder support for their plans.
As a Test Lead, you will be required to have the following:
- Tomcat Level: Intermediate
- databases Level: Intermediate
- SQL Level: Intermediate
- PHP Level: Basic
- Web services (SOAP/REST) Level: Elementary
- Test management tools (for example, HP QC, Rational ClearQuest) Level: Expert
- Structured testing (for example, by ISTQB) Level: Expert
- German Speaker
