Therefore, Goetzfried Professionals GmbH places their employed IT experts and engineers to the disposal of their clients in order to realize their projects. Currently we are looking for a new member of our team of experts in order to accept an assignment as HPE ALM Tool Administrator (f/m) in Frankfurt/Main including the following area of responsibility:
- Deployment of hosts, software/services, patches and hotfixes, add-ins etc.
- License management for the specific products, certificate management (in collaboration with Security)
- Site Administration and User management for HP ALM as well as operational support (task and incident management in collaboration with Service Desk)
- Second line user support for end users and project teams
- Communication with software vendor
- Interface/integration management (setup and monitoring), site monitoring and optimisation, template management and rollout
- Workflow scripting for HP ALM in VB
- Test Lab Management
Requirements (Must have):
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or related disciplines
- experience with deploying, using, and supporting HPE ALM, HPE UFT and HPE PC
- Basic Oracle DBA competencies
- Windows Server Management
- Scripting/programming
- fluent English with proven drafting ability
Nice to have:
- experience with administering and supporting HPE Sync or other data integration/sync tools, HPE Service Virtualisation, HPE Network Virtualisation and HPE CODAR would be an asset
