Tätigkeitbeschreibung
Establish IT Change person days approval process and collaboration with Org. Mgmt.
Support and interact with organizational management (demand manager)
Involve and collaborate with regional Head and Primary service manager
Conduct and manage project process approval
Prepare Project Approval Meetings (PAM)
Prepare required formal reporting

Erforderliche Kenntnisse
Several years of relevant work experience project portfolio or similar activity
Experience in an international setting and multicultural environment
Strong language skills in English ans German is essential
Excellent skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
PMP certification (Nice to have)
